3. Personal History Statement completed and returned
4. Records check and Criminal History check
5. Preliminary Interview
6. Background Investigation
7. Oral Board Interview
8. Drug Screen and Physical Exam *
9. Fingerprinting
Candidates must be successful in each phase of the selection process. Candidates may be eliminated or disqualified at any point in the process for failure to meet the criteria set forth by the District.
* A conditional offer of employment will have been made before the drug screen and the physical exam are administered.
